Placer Creek Trail #141: A direct and rugged trail. Good times, but the trail is only for those who are happy to be on narrow trails that include areas that are deeply incised (V-shaped), rock-strewn, and that are too steep to get up or down without either dread or fear. Oh, and where the Placer Trail meets the Castle Creek Trail, it crosses a muddy bog for a short distance.
Placer Creek Trail has a seasonal designation for motorcycle and e-bike use and is open to those uses from May 1 through August 29 of each year.
